Induction

On the course, candidates will be able to understand the following:-

• Introduction to food safety
• Personal hygiene
• Cleaning
• Contamination

• Candidates will understand the risks associated with handling food
• Candidates will understand how to keep themselves clean and hygienic
• Candidates will understand the importance of cleaning in food retail premises
• Candidates will understand how to keep the product safe

Candidates will then receive a CIEH certificate Level 1

How long does the course last?

The course will be a half a day course covering level 1 syllabus with 15 multiple questions for candidates to complete.
