BILM Ltd is an established training and consultancy organisation which is unrivalled in the industry. At the core of our team are people with the background knowledge and skills that will add value to your business.

The founder of BILM Ltd is a production engineer with 30 years of service, and has brought together a core team and network of people who bring the much needed practical experience to problem solving and waste reduction within industry.

BILM Ltd are passionate about improving the resilience of industry to the increasing challenges to their processes. We have successfully transformed many ventures, this includes industries that have long been seen as problematic.

BILM Ltd has been working from Immingham Resource Centre for the past three years and has been helping staff from a variety businesses across the UK to “Bounce Back”, achieve continued success and obtain accredited qualifications in their workplace.

BILM Ltd, which now employs fifteen members of staff itself, has developed to include extensive training solutions plus the provision of Modern Apprenticeship Training in Business Administration, Customer Service and Engineering. One area that has proved a major success has been Business Improvement Techniques , where BILM Ltd. have not only been able to provide training but also consultancy services.
